Thanks to OrganicClimbing's facebook page, I watched this cool video that emphasizes the importance of patiently working through a process. Nursing a pulley injury in climbing right now I am more acutely aware of the process of patiently, but still very determinedly, working towards your goals. This video touches on the slow but beautiful process that we encounter in life sometimes, a process that us climbers and athletes are all too aware of as we strive to obtain our own personal goals.
